Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind? No problem. We offer a simple 7-day return window on unused items.

Our 7-day promise

If something isn't quite right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

How returns work

  1. 01

    Raise a request

    Email us at hello@goodsly.store or use the contact form within 7 days of delivery, mentioning your order number.

  2. 02

    Pack it up

    Place the unused item back in its original packaging, ready for pickup.

  3. 03

    Pickup or drop-off

    We arrange a reverse pickup wherever serviceable. In other areas, we may ask you to courier it back.

  4. 04

    Quality check & refund

    Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is initiated within 3–5 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. For prepaid orders, the amount returns to the card, UPI or account used at checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, we'll request your bank or UPI details to process the refund. Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-returnable items

For reasons of hygiene and safety, the following cannot be returned:

  • Bath, spa and wellness products once opened or used
  • Personalised, monogrammed or made-to-order pieces
  • Gift cards and final-sale items
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
