Do you ship across India?+
Yes — we offer free standard shipping to most pin codes across India, with no minimum order value.
How long will my order take?+
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
How do I track my order?+
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also view live status under Account → Orders.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and popular wallets, all processed securely through Razorpay.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?+
Yes, COD is available across most serviceable pin codes. Just choose Cash on Delivery at checkout.
Are online payments secure?+
Absolutely. All online payments are handled by Razorpay over an encrypted connection. We never store your full card details.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?+

When will I get my refund?+
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Do you offer gift wrapping?+

Do I need an account to order?+
You can check out as a guest, but creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses and reorder faster.
